Casa Giuli, Casa Adele and Casa Lella, are the perfect solution for friends and families. You'll find a quiet corner in totally safe relax with free Wi.Fi. connection. FREE PRIVATE PARKING ON SITE in a Property with Security Cameras. Don't forget they're holiday house, not your house, even if well equipped accomodations. Casa Giuli(90mq) and Casa Adele(40mq) are both provided by AC service and flat screen TV, the other accomodation, Casa Lella(85mq), has MOBILE CONDITIONERS and no TV. The property is located in the residential area of the town, in a private and strategic street far away from traffic, but so close to the main road that bring you, 15 minutes walk, in the old center town and 2min w. to the bus stop from/to Como and Lecco, 5min w. to the ONLY 2 minimarkets in Bellagio, bars, restaurants, stones and sand free beaches. One of the apartment is located on the first floor, one on groundfloor of an our family owned typical country ’60’s house, Casa Lella just few meters on front. The accomodations, Casa Lella apart, are provided by a separated shared laundry room with a paid washing machine and dryer service. NO DISHWASHER, Casa Lella apart. Dogs are NO admitted. The apartments have a terrific view on the mountains, hills and lake, a beautiful and great blooming garden all around, full of old and rare trees in which our Guests can enjoy of relaxing areas equipped with armchairs, big umbrellas and tables. We also offer 2 free bikes service.
Here is Giuliana and Fabio. We have the privilege to live with our family in one of the most special and unique place in the world, Bellagio. Our priority is to make pleaseant and comfortable our Guests's stay. We like to share in the pantry house, everything to start and also something more...We just live in the house in front of the accomodations, so we try to be there when they need our help, we give suggestions about surroundings, restaurants, utilities, tours... We're there to welcome them when checking in and possibly when they leave.
At only 10min walking you find: a restaurant away from the center town kaos, amazing location, our fav and high reccomendly "La Pergola", with its local and international food and stunning view. There is also "La Bellagina", 8min w, a tipical good pizzeria with lake and mountains view. The Amazing "Villa Melzi's Botanical Gardens. The free beaches of Loppia, the Riverside beach, San Giovanni (where you find a big free parking). Far 5min walking all minimarkets in town. 2MIN. walk you find the bus stop from/to Lecco and from/ to Como. 15MIN walk to the center town, the ferry and the boat terminal to Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Varenna, Tremezzo, Como, Lecco and all the Lake of Como's villages. 4min. walk the Post office and the Medical clinic
