The 3-storey property features white stone from Syracuse and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people (additional beds are available upon request). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating (for a fee) , a washing machine, a TV and a fireplace (for a fee). In addition, a home cinema, a table tennis table and a pool table are available for your use. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, 3 open terraces and a barbecue.
