I live on the property with my family. Four-legged friends are welcome (with a small extra fee), but we kindly ask that you do not leave them alone in the room. There’s no problem if you’re running late for check-in — we just ask that you let us know with a message. IMPORTANT: If we don't receive any notice, we’ll be expecting you from 6:00 PM onwards.

Laguna is a charming family-run B&B located in Portegrandi, a peaceful town facing the Laguna, just 10 minutes by car from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). If you're seeking a quiet, safe place to stay that's close to major transportation routes, we’re the perfect choice for you! Our spacious, sunny rooms overlook beautiful gardens and feature independent entrances, along with ample free parking. Upon request, we also offer a secure patio area ideal for your motorbikes, bicycles, or kayaks.For a fee, you can rent bicycles, either traditional or electric, to enjoy pleasant excursions around the area. Small pets are welcome with a small additional fee. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there is a terrace with a table, chairs, and an ashtray for you. I speak fluent English and German and am happy to assist you with tips and advice about the area. Please note: our property is on the first floor with stairs, and downstairs there is a traditional, non-touristic pizzeria restaurant. As a result, our rooms can be quite lively until around 11 p.m. due to the restaurant’s activity.

Portegrandi is a small town, quiet and safe day and night. The house is located in the center of the village near 2 restaurants, ATM, pharmacy and bakery Walking distance: Green Way and its cycle paths (National Park of the River Sile). Bus stop ATVO direction Venice 5 min.: Archeological Museum of Altino; retrace the history of the Venetian people before and after Roman’s arrival. 10 min: Marco Polo airport, Quarto d'Altino train station 25 min: Venice historical town, Jesolo beach (Caribe bay) and medieval Treviso. 35 min. Padua 1h 30: Verona and Dolomites 2 hours: Garda Lake.
