The heating in the apartment is of the condominium type, that is, normally turned on from October 15th to April 15th for 14 hours a day
The air conditioner is included in the cost of the reservation in the summer months for cooling, in the winter months the use for heating has an additional cost of €20 per day.
For this service the remote control must be requested upon payment of the total cost of the days of stay
The reservation for 2 people is intended with the use of 1 double bed, if it is necessary to prepare 2 double beds the additional cost is €30 to be paid and communicated at the time of booking
Failure to pay the tourist tax will be communicated to the competent authorities

In case of necessity and non-compliance with the rules, the manager reserves the right to check the accommodation at any time and request a penalty of €50 per day or the immediate release of the accommodation.
