If the man as gone on the moon in 1969 we are here to make a difference and tailor your stay. 4 rooms overlooking the sea and another room on the rear of the building.
Each corner of this property as been studied in detail and we have the luck to be located in the most desired area of the historical city centre and from the moment you arrive we are here to respect your privacy and with a soft invisibile hospitality we are back of the camera to make sure all is upto your standards and we go over and beyond your expectations.
Guests provide us the opportunity to work and to perform our passion and for this reason we have the liability to ensure that your choice in staying with us as been the perfect one.

The property is in the top location of Monopoli. Right in front of the sea in the historical city centre, on the same road of the castle of Carlo V (15th century) a referring point in Monopoli. In front of the property there are a set of steps that allow you to walk aside of the sea and take a wonderful relaxing, spiritual and regenerating walk.
Within 50 metres you will find restaurants and bars and at 290 metres you will arrive at Piazza Garibaldi and Via Garibaldi where the concentration of shops, bars and restaurants are located.
The small port (located at 200 metres) aside of the Castle is simply breathtaking and clients throught the World once they spend a night in Monopoli that are all so blown away by its peace, colors, hospitality, views, food and location.
