In the historical center of Venice my husband and I will be happy to welcome you into our home. The room you are looking at is the only one we rent and it has a typical view over a very quiet canal. The room has a big private and recently renovated bathroom with bathtube. Please note that the bathroom is not ensuite but accessible from the door next to the room door. In the room you will find a little fridge, a kettle with tea and a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee tabs at your disposal. You can book with or withour breakfast. Breakfast is served on a trolley in front of the room door starting from 8.00 am. See you here!

The B & B is located in Dorsoduro near the University of Architecture, a 15-minute walk from the bus station in Piazzale Roma, in an area that has retained the character of a city animated by its inhabitants, far from the major tourist routes, but convenient for all the main points of interest in Venice. The romantic Zattere walk is a few minutes away, as is the lively Campo Santa Margherita, with its many bars, cafes and nice, affordable restaurants, all thanks to the proximity of the main University of Venice. Some of the most beautiful churches are also within walking distance. In particular you should not miss the two ancient churches of St. Nicholas of Mendicoli and San Sebastiano (the latter frescoed by Paolo Veronese).
