Property information

Leopolda (chambre and family) is a brand new facility in a recently renovated building, located 400 meters from the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Palazzo dei Congressi and 600 meters from Piazza del Duomo. Located in a quiet area, adjacent to the historic center and well served by public transportation, especially the Tramway that connects the city center with the Peretola airport and the Villa Costanza parking lot. The "Leopolda" stop is only 200 MT from the apartment. The property is designed to accommodate up to six people with three bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with an independent air-conditioning system, flat-screen TV and wi-fi internet connection. Two rooms also enjoy balconies. The modern furnishings of the rooms also characterize the bathrooms all equipped with large shower stalls, hairdryers, and courtesy sets.
