The B&B is located on the second and top floor of an apartment building in Via Litoranea 80, in Follonica. The property consists of 6 rooms and on the top floor you will find our large terrace equipped with a hot tub, sun loungers, a relaxation veranda and a washing machine and dryer for shared use. Our rooms ‘Mare’, ‘Nuvola’, ‘Tramonto’ and ‘Alba’ are located on the second floor and are easily accessible by lift, while rooms ‘Sole’ and ‘Luna’ are located on the third and top floor overlooking the large terrace and are only accessible by private internal lift. The beautiful beach of Follonica is only 500 metres from the property (free beach or beach establishments available for a fee). Our Italian breakfast is served at the ‘Pasticceria Napoletana’ bar opposite our property, a 10-metre walk away (next to the Conad supermarket), where you will find a wide choice of sweet and savoury options, coffee or juices to your liking. At the foot of the property, you will find free or paid street parking.

We are located in a semi-central area, at the beginning of the Pratoranieri district. The centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot in the pedestrian area. At the foot of the property, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, tobacconist and a beautiful pine forest with an outdoor play area for children. The pine forest, just 10 metres from the property, offers services for children during the summer, such as a funfair, inflatables, trampolines and much more. The beach is located beyond the pine forest, with both paid beach establishments and a free beach just 500 metres away.
