This small, charming guest house is set in the historic centre of Venice and offers bright rooms that provide views of typical Venetian streets and buildings. This renovated, 18th-century building features classical Venetian furnishings in clean, modest rooms. Admire high, wood-beamed ceilings and large windows. Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo is just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and Saint Marks Square. Enjoy a friendly and romantic environment at Locanda SS Giovanni. An Italian-style breakfast consisting of a croissant and a coffee or tea is prepared daily in a shared area. Most rooms are spacious at Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo. Enjoy air conditioning from May until September. The Locanda is surrounded by shops, supermarkets and small restaurants. Just outside the Locanda you will find public water transport, called vaporetto. This vaporetto will connect you to Murano Island and the Venice Lido, which is home to the annual Venice International Film Festival. Helpful staff can assist you with travel and tourist information and excellent, nearby restaurants. Locanda SS Giovanni e Paolo offers discounted rates at the San Marco garage. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).

We are offering Venetian style rooms in an antique Venetian building. Our cozy rooms are all with private bathrooms and with view to a typical Venetian "Calle" (alley). The property was established in a building from 18th century. The opening of our accommodation was in 2001 and since then we have hosted a lot of satisfied tourists. Please let Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo know your preferred check-in time between 15-19 o'clock at least 2 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception.

All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to approval and confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).

For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€.

For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€.

Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement.

The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation.

All guests must be present at the check-in.

Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September (fee applies).

From April to the end of September Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo offers an Italian breakfast at the cost of 10,00€ per person per day.

The accommodation can provide only pre-packaged products for breakfast as by regulation of the local health agency.
