The "Superior Apartment", is a 58 square meters two level home, situated in the village of Roccavivara, consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen, having an independent entrance, totally renovated with high quality materials and furnished to the highest standards. In the home there are: free Wi-Fi, two smart 32 inches televisions (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom), a washing machine, a modern kitchen equipped with several cooking pots and various cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, dinner plates, soup plates, glasses, cups), kitchen ladles and a tea or coffe kettle. There are also: soap, bath towels, towels, toilet paper, toilet brush and an hair dryer. It is also fitted with an outside patio and terrace, where it is possible to relax and enjoy the view.

Information on the prevention measures applied: In the "Superior Apartment" of the Arcobaleno tourist lease the safety and welfare of the guests, have always been our top priority. Our house, with an independent entrance, has only one bedroom and accommodation for only three people, therefore the principles of social distancing are easily to implement, being able to accommodate only one family unit at a time. We have decided to apply the National "Safe Reception" Protocol, drawn up by the Italian Association of Confindustria Alberghi, Federalberghi and Assohotel, in partnership with the Italian Red Cross. At the end of each stay we provide to air the house for quite a while and before the arrival of the new guests we carefully clean, disinfect and sanitize all the rooms and surfaces of our house, in compliance with the National "Safe Reception" Protocol. In addition the use of individual protection devices and sanitizing products are locally available free for our guests.

Roccavivara is a little village of the province of Campobasso in the Molise Region, easily reachable from State Road 650 "Fondovalle del Trigno", distant only 30 minutes from the Adriatic sea (San Salvo- Vasto).
