You will also appreciate the convenience of reaching the city centre in less than 10 minutes by tram, whose stop is located directly in front of the entrance of the apartment, thus avoiding the stress of the car driving since you can leave it in the public parking located just right in front of your door. As our guests you will enjoy an entire apartment of 70 square metres for exclusive use, finely furnished and equipped with all the main comforts to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. In fact, you will get to use our kitchen, complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, double microwave and traditional oven, toaster, gas hob and coffee maker with pods, as well as of course plates, glasses and cutlery at your total disposal. The outdoor balcony connected to the kitchen will frame a pleasant outdoor aperitif maybe before going out for dinner. Our bedrooms are spacious, measuring about 16 square metres each, and enjoy good soundproofing guaranteed by the third and last floor. Finally, you will enjoy the comfort and privacy of the two bathrooms that complete the apartment, both equipped with shower and toilets, with the possibility of being able to travel together with another couple of friends but without giving up your personal spaces. Something about the surroundings? Ok....we start with a pleasant walk along the Bacchiglione embankm, the river that bathes Padua....you are in the city but at the same time there is no lack of "bucolic" spaces that will make you feel out of the chaos of the centre. Where does the pedestrian walk begin? A few metres from the front door. And in front of the door? Well there is the bus stop that will take you practically everywhere outside the city .... maybe a trip to the sea in Sottomarina with just 45 minutes by road or a day at the famous Terme di Abano and Montegrotto reachable in just 15-20 minutes. Just 5 metres further there is instead the Tram stop that will take you to the centre in less than 10 minutes, provided that you do not want to reach it directly on foot with a 20-minute walk, otherwise in about 15 minutes it will take you to the central station from which to take the direct train to discover Venice (the most beautiful they say ..... but Padua its sister). In the area you will also find all the main services such as supermarket, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM and much more.
