This bright and quiet home offers a stunning view of Mount Etna from the living room and terrace. It is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished. Located on the second floor of a historic noble building, in the main shopping street of the historic center, just a few steps from the main square, it also features a private parking space in the internal courtyard where an electric car charging station is available. For groups of friends or large families, you can also book my two other homes in the same building: "Luxury Historic Villa with ... by SicilianRelaxingHomes" and "Delightful Luxury Home with... by SicilianRelaxingHomes". Our guests from all over the world return with enthusiasm – read their reviews! Shared Spaces: Pool & Relaxation Area In the ground-floor garden, illuminated at night and shared with the other two houses, you'll find: A heated pool (closed in winter). A relaxation area with sun loungers, deck chairs, and shaded spots. A dining area for candlelit dinners. A large living/dining space with sofas, a TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, dining tables, and showers. Comfort & Functionality The beautiful fully equipped kitchen includes a grill, electric & microwave ovens, dishwasher, espresso & American coffee machines, toaster, and juicer. Ideal location for exploring Sicily The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible. Catania airport can be reached in just 40 minutes via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. Close to beaches, nature and culture Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities. Nature lovers will enjoy unique scenery due to the proximity of the majestic volcano Etna, which is only 30 minutes away, and the Alcantara Gorges, only 35 minutes away; the splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theatre and Isola Bella, are only a 25-minute drive away by motorway; Syracuse, with its Greek Theatre and Ortigia, can be reached in just over an hour; the hydrofoil for a visit to the wonderful Aeolian Islands is 75 minutes away. For lovers of art, history and nature, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away by car, via the motorway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over two hours away.

The admission of a pet, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is subject to prior approval by the property, with an additional cost of €40.00 per stay, to be paid in cash at check-in,
