"Marco's Villa" is a ground-floor apartment in a villa built on the hills between Lucca and Viareggio, in a strategic location for a relaxing and peaceful vacation while also being an ideal base to visit the cities of Lucca, Pisa, and Viareggio, all about a 20-minute drive away. The apartment features two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed, and a sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed. It also includes a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a fully equipped kitchen for comfortable cooking. On the upper floor of the villa, there is my private apartment. I will personally welcome you upon arrival and be available throughout your stay should you need anything. At the same time, the garden and pool areas will be entirely and exclusively for your use. I will try to water the lawn and plants when you are not present, to minimize my presence. Sometimes this will not be possible, so I thank you in advance for your understanding. The villa’s highlight is the infinity pool, offering breathtaking sunsets over Lake Massaciuccoli—an unforgettable experience! The apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends, as it accommodates up to 6 guests and features a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. We also offer transfer services to and from Pisa and/or Florence airports. However, please note that having a car is essential, as the villa is only accessible by private vehicle and not by public transportation. 🚭 THE APARTMENT IS NON-SMOKING. I will personally welcome you upon arrival; my apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa. However, your apartment will be for your exclusive use, as well as the garden areas and the beautiful swimming pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and has no stairs inside. It is essential to have a car, as the villa is located in the hills between Lucca and Viareggio and is not accessible by public transportation. The villa has a private parking area exclusively for guests, so you can drive up to the apartment entrance with your car. The pool will be open from late May until mid-September. Please note that these dates are indicative and depend on the weather conditions of the season. Pool opening hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Sheets and towels are provided and their cost is included in the stay, while pool towels are not provided
