The apartment is located 1.5 km from the historic center (Ortigia), 500 m from the archaeological area (Greek Theater), 800 m from the Porto Piccolo where there is a municipal solarium, 500 m from the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle piangere. The area is central with various commercial services and public transport. The train station and bus station are 600 m away.
