I nostri appartamenti, frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione, offrono spazi ampi, luminosi e arredati con cura per garantire il massimo comfort. Ogni unità dispone di un pratico angolo cottura, ideale per chi desidera trascorrere un soggiorno in piena autonomia, senza rinunciare a uno standard qualitativo elevato. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza della struttura: ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla e ben servita, a soli 5 minuti dal Terminal Bus, punto di arrivo e di partenza dei collegamenti nazionali per tutte le principali città italiane. A 7 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione delle Ferrovie Appulo-Lucane di Villa Longo, che collega comodamente Matera a Bari. Il centro storico dei Sassi è facilmente raggiungibile: 15 minuti a piedi per chi ama passeggiare, oppure 5 minuti in autobus, con la fermata proprio di fronte alla struttura. Un connubio perfetto tra comfort moderno, accessibilità e tranquillità — la scelta ideale per chi desidera vivere a Matera con libertà, eleganza e praticità.
