Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Apartment consisting of 3 double/double bedrooms, with double sofa bed, 3 private bathrooms (not in the room) with the possibility of accommodating up to 8 guests, as well as an equipped kitchen and with 2 shared terraces, a stone's throw from the University G. D'Annunzio and Ospedale Clinicizzato, 5 minutes from the "Madonna delle Piane" train stop, a few km from the Chieti-Pescara West motorway exit, with several underlying services available such as pharmacy, supermarket, pizzeria, bar, laundry, tobacconists
