With a mix of period and modern furnishings, this air-conditioned attic apartment is ideal for anyone, from the business traveler to the romantic couple looking to spend a wonderful break in the historic center of Bologna! After a leisure or business tour in the center of Bologna, relax in our splendid apartment. Equipped with all comforts, including a splendid sofa, 4k 55 TV, large kitchen, terrace, and two bathrooms with showers that will make you regenerate after a day spent exploring our splendid city. in the apartment you will find: Nespresso coffee machine washing machine drying rack iron ironing board tv55 4k kitchen with everything you need dishwasher obviously all the linen you need centrifuge microwave oven oven fridge free wifi hairdryer (one for each bathroom) air conditioners The accommodation is located on the border of the Ztl area and at 200 m there is the very convenient paid STAVECO parking
What is it that all of us, when we visit a new place, would like to have? as far as I'm concerned, information that won't make me lose, that will help me avoid the more touristy areas, that will give me the possibility to fully enjoy my stay. Well, this is what I offer my guests. Upon your arrival, I will give you useful information on places to visit and those to avoid, which restaurants and typical dishes to try, what to look for, even where to get lost, so that not everything is planned, but there is also the magic of discovery. Your well-being is extremely important to me, because I will treat you as I would like to be treated when I'm on vacation.
The Santo Stefano district is one of the most prestigious in Bologna, if not the most prestigious. My area is close to the greenery of the city, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. My neighborhood is close to…everything! From the house you can start on foot passing from Piazza San Domenico and continuing to Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Archiginnasio museum, the church of Santo Stefano, the Mezzo market and everything that makes this city wonderful. we are also very close to the Giardini Margherita. guests traveling on business can instead reach the Bologna Exhibition Center comfortably both by private transport and by bus 39. For those engaged in the judicial field, the court is located no more than 300 meters from the house. We are also located five minutes from the Rizzoli orthopedic hospital, which can be reached in a few stops on bus 30 or the shuttle
