Charming mini penthouse in the heart of the historic center of Novi Ligure, in the oldest part, inside a building with facades decorated in the tradition of Genoese palaces. Very bright, it overlooks three sides, with pleasant colours, quiet and welcoming.
I am an interior decorator who loves design and art, I like traveling in search of beauty. I have a passion for nature, I like walking, hiking. I love good local cuisine, healthy and natural products. I love making bread with ancient grain flours. We can communicate by telephone for any information or need.
Located in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the train station and a stone's throw from Piazza XX Settembre, with free parking. Availability of shops in the historic center and in the immediate vicinity, small restaurants, pizzerias, bars where you can enjoy pleasant aperitifs with local wines, and the best Novi gastronomy. Walking through the streets of the historic center among frescoed buildings that the Genoese aristocracy had built in the Baroque age, you can admire splendid churches: among these, San Pietro, della Collegiata, San Nicolò, the oratory of the Confraternita della Maddalena, the Pieve ( set of the first edition of the betrothed sixties), and many others. The hill of the castle, a green lung overlooking the ancient historic centre, an ideal place for walks, especially in summer. Not far away, reachable on foot in a few minutes, is the Novi Ligure railway station, bus and taxi services, and the shuttle service to the Serravalle Outlet.
