The apartment is a 3–room apartment with 50 sq m, suitable for 3 to 4 people. It has got a wide terrace and it is located on the 1nd floor. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen gas, microwave, oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment.  A cosy dining corner. There are two double rooms. The bathroom provides also a shower, washing machine and a sink. The equipment of the balcony includes a table, armchairs, deckchairs and a small clotheshorse.
