The apartment is a two-room apartament of about 40sqm and a garden of about 90sqm. The kitchen is complete with the main services, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. The house has a two 32 'LED TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and hairdryer Well-kept garden with large table, marble benches (complete with umbrella), barbeque and two sunbeds. Large car garage.
The apartment is located on a moraine relief of the middle Valmalenco, at the mouth of the Val Torreggio in the orographic right of the Mallero stream. It is a summer resort and starting point for excursions, in particular it is the starting point of the itinerant trekking. Just 4 km from Chiesa in Valmalenco and the Bernina cable car, one of the most modern cableway structures in Europe, capable of bringing you in 4 minutes for fabulous summer walks and intense skiing days at the Valmalenco Ski Area with its sixty kilometers of slopes in the Alpe Palù area represent the visiting card of Valmalenco.
