The apartment has independent access, through a small garden which is also part of the structure, is on the first floor of a villa, but positioned in such a way as to guarantee guests absolute privacy. Free Wi-Fi (fiber) connection available. The property is located in a dead end street, therefore away from traffic and quiet, surrounded by a lot of vegetation, has a large habitable and covered terrace of about 35 square meters to the east, equipped. On the west side there is also a balcony with a distant sea view. Very bright. It has a comfortable closet with shelves, kitchenette with electric oven, microwave oven and washing machine, very large fridge with freezer at the bottom, all features suitable for a long stay. A desk will be at your disposal, a low table to support your suitcases, is positioned in front of the wardrobe. This area is full of events Festivals, theater evenings, shows, culture. Famous places nearby: Volterra 51 km, San Gimignano 70 km, Pisa 63 km, Livorno 22 km. You can choose between cliffs (Loc. Romito 14 km), or sand in Vada (5km), Baia del Quercetano 3.9 km, Caletta 2.7km (sand / stones).
I like to think that by making part of my house available, I can make the place where I live become a special place for someone, which will remain in their memories. The absolute privacy, the tranquility of the area, while being close to services and a pinch of romance, are the strong points of my home.
