The apartment, ideal for 4 people, is located in the Previllair hamlet of Morgex. In a strategic position, about 600 meters from downtown, it is located in a slightly elevated and quiet position, out of the traffic. Despite being quiet it is not isolated. The apartment has a private garden, just opposite to one among the most beautiful wood of larches and firs of the Valley. The building has a private courtyard available for car parking. In winter, access is guaranteed by a private snow clearance service. Available on request and without additional costs a ski or bike deposit (depending by the season), a bike station and tools ara available on request. Morgex is strategic all ove the year year. The altitude below 1,000 meters makes it a perfect place to stay for all ages and in all health conditions. The highway access makes Morgex easily and quickly reachable even in winter.

I have been loving this Valley (Valdigne) since I was a child. I love skiing in winter and snowshoeing in the silence of unspoiled nature, hiking in the summer and cycling. I live near Turin and work for a company that provides IT solutions for Telcos. I'm married, I have two kids and a Vizsla. I travel a lot for business and I really appreciate welcoming guests from all over the world. I spend the most of my week-ends in Morgex with my family, in a second apartment 5 minutes away from this one. Pizzerias, pubs, restaurants for all the pockets, patisseries, ATMs, butchers, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, hardware stores, Doctor, ski rental, bike rental, post office, church are all very close. Cinema, skating, golf, tennis available within a few minutes by car. Not far away: Castles, Wine producers, Fontina (the famous local cheese) producers. Do not hesitate to ask for directions and suggestions, it will be a pleasure to share my passion.

Relaxing at the Pré Saint Didier thermal baths is only 4 km away. Skyway is about 10 minutes from the house. Courmayeur and La Thuile are 10-15 minutes away. In about 20-25 minutes you can reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Chamonix Mont-Blanc is only 30 km away via Tunnel. In winter, the nearest ski areas are those of Courmayeur and La Thuile, others are slightly more distant. For cross-country skiing, Arpy's foyer is just a few minutes away, there are alternatives not really far away. You can start from home with snowshoes and there are also numerous ski mountaineering or heli-ski options. Morgex is also a strategic place for cycling and trail running, the house is on the path of the Licony Trail and about twenty other "tor a pia”, ring routes of various mileage (from 50 km of the most challenging one to the 4 km of the simplest). In the past these paths where connecting villages, while today have been recovered for the pleasure of tourists, mushroom-seekers, trailers, skyrunners or bikers.
