It is our home and we have recently renovated it in line with the historical characteristics of the building even though the apartment is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, such as the Turkish bath with chromotherapy and relaxing music in the background and the bathtub whirlpool to enjoy pleasant moments.       We love Cortona and with my family as soon as we can we spend a few days in our house. This relaxes us a lot and regenerates us from the hectic everyday life.        Our house is in the historic center near shops for shops, markets, banks, theater, cinema, post office, museum, churches, pubs, restaurants, typical taverns where you can taste typical Tuscan products and drink good wine.        Not far away there are also the public gardens which have a beautiful view over the valley and Lake Trasimeno. Not far away are the tennis courts and the public swimming pool of the Parterre Mountains. N.B. Married with three fantastic children I love beautiful things, good food, living and going for walks in the open air and spending evenings with friends.       I also like domestic warmth and evenings in front of the fireplace, perhaps with a nice grilled meat or simply cook the chestnuts, all of course accompanied by good wine. I like rock music and 3D technology movies that our guests can also see in our house.      Loving animals we have given the opportunity to host them in our house by providing a small supplement for adequate cleaning. For greater transparency we have tried to include all our services on the rental price, The historical constraints that weigh on the historic building unfortunately did not allow us to install a classic air conditioning system. Our system to work in addition to electricity also needs water and to try to save this precious asset, we have provided for a supplement that encourages the use of air conditioning only for actual need. A special counter allows the guest to constantly monitor the current expense during his stay. The cost is E. 5 for Kwh. However, we have also made a mobile fan available to guests.

A few minutes walk away is the bus stop and a 5-minute drive to the train station.    There is a taxi service on site. The city is quiet and on a human scale for most of the year, however in some days of the summer months there are events and musical concerts that go on at night. This allows one to fully experience events but also exposure to loud music.
