The space [ IMPORTANT: The flat is sanitised at every check-out by a cleaner with years of experience in the industry who strictly follows all Airbnb sanitisation guidelines. ] There is one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and an illuminated mirror. You will have a walk-in shower, complete sanitary facilities and Welcome Kit with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. There are also several custom-made compartments to accommodate all your personal belongings. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find soft sheets, blankets and duvets and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and of course a complete set of pots, pans dishes and cutlery. Coffee is offered with an A MODO MIO machine with assorted capsules. The living area, very cosy and bright, is equipped with a high-definition LED TV, Smart TV (Prime video, YouTube, etc.) digital terrestrial, Wi-Fi connection, and a comfortable sofa. PS: The flat is located in a ZTL area

Strategically and centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the ferry embarkation, the central market and the historic center.
