Tourist apartment in the countryside of Bagnoregio. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery and is suitable for nature and animal lovers. It is located in a very quiet area, a few km from the town center and the village of Civita. In about 15-20 minutes by car you can reach Bolsena, Orvieto and Viterbo. In the apartment you will have a double bedroom with bathroom and kitchen complete with kitchenette and fridge. The residence has ample parking space. Only small pets are allowed. Guests will have access to the corridor, the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen/kitchenette. There are 2 other rooms in the accommodation which guests will not have access to, as they are for private use. In any case, the entire house will remain for the exclusive use of guests for the entire duration of their stay. The apartment is located in an area not served by buses and on a suburban road with no sidewalk. it is therefore necessary to have a car to be able to move around. From 1 March 2023 a tourist tax has been introduced to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Guests will be welcomed by my sister Federica, who will be available for any need and for solving any problems during their stay. If it is impossible to deliver the keys in person, Federica will inform you in advance of the place where you can find them.

The garden of the accommodation is not fenced. Near the property live 4 domestic cats and 2 small dogs, which it is possible to come across during your stay. Only small pets are allowed.
