Fully rebuilt in 2025, it blends Sardinian heritage with contemporary luxury and quiet elegance. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa bed with plush topper, fast Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV and a custom CREO kitchen with premium appliances for real cooking. Sound-insulated windows ensure tranquillity while cafés, bakeries and boutiques are just steps away. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, premium linens and custom ergonomic pillows for deep rest. The main bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower with soft towels, while a second guest bathroom is located on the ground floor. Each room offers individually adjustable climate control for perfect comfort in every season. Check-in and check-out are fully digital through the secure Vikey system, allowing flexible arrival at any time.
