Villa "Darsena Ossuccio" is an exclusive air conditioned private home located directly on the lake with private pool and boat mooring Sleeping 6, the recently renovated house boasts a spacious private garden, a private pool, boat mooring and mooring, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a brand new equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with lake views and private secure off-road parking. The space "Darsena Ossuccio" is located just a 10 minute walk from the supermarket and within easy reach of buses and walking routes around the lake. The ferry is just a 3 minute drive from the house. Wake up on the lake every day from the master bedroom, enjoy breakfast on your private terrace and take in that view! The villa has a lake view living room with two sofas and a dining table. Three bedrooms, master bedroom and en suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom. Two bathrooms in total in the house, including the en suite, both with shower and toilet. Kitchen with all modern comforts, hall, Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private garden sunbathing on the loungers or rent a boat and take to the waters of the lake, you have your own private boat mooring. The house boasts secure parking for two vehicles. The pool opens from May to September weather permitting.

Ossuccio, Lombardy, Italy Supermarket, pizzeria, bars, restaurants, boat rental all within 4-5 minutes drive. Getting around Easy to catch buses around, ferry stop in the next village of Lenno. Recommend car rental. Tremezzina is home to some of the most picturesque scenery in Italy, never mind Lake Como. Artists have visited Lake Como in their droves over many years. The park to sunbathe and enjoy a picnic in Ossuccio is located next door to our villa. Cookery courses also available. Coast/Beach As well as the secluded shingle beach, just 2 minutes from the apartment, a man made sandy beach is situated within walking distance of the apartment. Lido di lenno is the perfect position to enjoy glorious lake views whilst waiters bring you your favourite drink beneath tented marquees as you lay on the beach. This beach, like the restaurants in Italy, is extremely child friendly. Travel: The apartment is just over 1 hour from Malpensa & Linate Airports in Milan. Please enquire for flight operators and is approximately 1 and a 1/2 hours from Bergamo Airport. Fly with BA, Easyjet, Fly BMI or Ryanair. Car hire is not essential as there is a waterstop for the boat and coach stop close to the apartment however we do recommend car hire to help you enjoy all of the beautiful places you can visit in and around Lake Como.
