Come and stay at Our Place in Tuscany and you will fall in love with the breathtaking, panoramic views and the magic of Coreglia Antelminelli, as we did. We have three apartments, the one-bed La Stalla Romantica for 2 persons, the two-bed La Casina, where the farmer used to live, and our new two-bedroom, two-bathroom La Cantina Divina, a large apartment on the lower ground floor of the villa. All have terraces or balcony looking out over the stupendous mountain views. In 2022 we build a pool at the lower part of the garden. The dimensions are 12 x 5m and 1,5m deep. The water filtering system is based on Hydrolysis (contains almost no salt (=chlorine)). Two stone peacocks (pavoni) stand on top of the gateposts of Villa Pavone in a tree-lined avenue at the entrance of one of Italy's prettiest villages. Enjoy the best of all possible worlds - the chance to live like a local in the real Italy, combined with easy access to famous cultural centres and a huge range of holiday activities. Do everything or nothing in a day - and be sure to end it with an aperitivo, soaking up the sunset.

Villa Pavone (formerly: Our Place In Tuscany) started in September 2021. We took over the established business, a charming Villa with 3 apartments. Your hosts will give you as much assistance or privacy as you wish. They are happy to help you plan your stay, with plenty of information about activities and events in village and surrounding areas.

Coreglia Antelminelli is officially one of the 100 most beautiful villages (Borghi più belli) in Italy. Here you can experience real Italian life, away from the tourist traps. The Climate In Coreglia Antelminelli is very good for holidays. Villa Pavone lies at 550m above sealevel and therefore usually cooler than at sealevel. Since it rains enough in winter it all year green. The village has two cafe bars, where you can have breakfast on cappuccino and pastries every day, or stop for an aperitivo later, two grocery stores - one 30 metres away, a pharmacy, a post office, a butcher, two hairdressers and several restaurants. There are beautiful churches: just opposite Villa Pavone is a Romanesque church, San Jacopo, dating from the 9th Century. In the summer, there can be up to five festas in a week! These include the mediaeval Festa della Antico Borgo, with all sorts of activities and shows, culminating in a firework display to rival London at New Year. Really. There are some lovely walks around the village, on forest paths with beautiful mountain views. Coreglia Antelminelli is good for your health: renowned for its pure air, in days gone by doctors prescribed curative weeks here. Or if you fancy a game of tennis, just book the village court at the local bar.
