Palazzo dei Conti is located wonderfully between the popular Capella de’ Medici and the and beautiful Duomo, right in the middle of Florence!
The rooms are new, luxurious and clean all provided with a bathroom and air conditioner/heating.
Please be informed that Heating in Florence is allowed by November to April, so that you can not convert heating into A/C in this period
Some apartments have a unique private terrace with a stunning view over the Duomo Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore because the rooms are located on the 3rd floor. Of course, there is an elevator and stairs. Grab a drink from your own minibar and experience peace and quiet after a lovely day is this busy city.

Palazzo dei Conti is located in the street “Via dei Conti”, the building is known as Palazzo Malaspina and old Italian residence dates from 1830. You are in walking distance of all beautiful squares, cozy streets and romantic bridges. For example, Santa Maria Novella (200 meters), Uffizi Gallery (500 meters), Ponte Vecchio (700 meters) and Palazzo Pitti (900 meters). Also, popular shopping streets are all nearby. Therefore, it’s very convenient to freshen up in the apartment after a long day of shopping or walking to then have a romantic dinner in one of the numerous restaurants/osterias. Tip: the central market “Mercato Centrale San Lorenzo” also offers very tasty and fresh food, there is something for everyone!
