These 2 lovely apartments are supercentral in Chioggia.They come out from a renovation of an old historic building of the 18th century. The house has its own private entrance, where you can store your bicycles. The parking is 5 minutes by feet. The boat to the island of Pellestrina is 200 meters from us, Sottomarina beaches are 1km from us. This area is full of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, nice cafes..forget your car in the parking and live our town!

My first thought is that you park the car, put the luggage in the apartment and after you can start to enjoy our beautiful town. It will be a pleasure to tell you which are the places to go...for local people.. but where the locals go...
Located in the true heart of the old town, ship for Venice is only 200 meters from the apartment. The best typical fish trattorias are here.. places where you can drink a good glass of wine with local people.. Supermarket, small groceries, bakeries, beaches of Sottomarina are 15 minutes by feet. The island of Pellestrina with its wild beaches only 15 minutes by boat.
