Private, new and modern house as an appartment with beautiful garden with beautiful outside pool. Only you and your family will relax and have total privacy. No one will interfere with your peace of mind and relaxed vacation.
We will do everything possible to make your vacation perfect. Lake Como is a unique place with beautiful sunshine in the pool garden. The villa is surrounded by a green forest and allows you to breathe the clean air from the mountains surrounding Lake Como.
David is a professional gardener and all lawn and flower care was created by David.
The villa with a privet appartment is located in the famous town of Menaggio, with easy access to all the main tourist spots on Lake Como. Very quiet residence with children's corner next to the house. The most beautiful walking area on Lake Como are in the center of the town of Menaggio with wonderful restaurants where you can have a wonderful evening of relaxation. The famous Villa Carlota is only 5 minutes away, Villa Balbianello is 10 minutes away.
