Welcome to your mountain chalet in Courmayeur, set within a natural park just 1 km from the centre and at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc. Here you will find an authentic and welcoming retreat, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people, where modern comfort meets alpine charm in a truly unique setting. The chalet is spread over two levels. On the ground floor is the sleeping area: a Master Room with a Queen Size bed and a large wardrobe, two Junior Rooms both with bunk beds, blackout shutters and dedicated storage for your personal items. One of the rooms also offers direct access to the garden. The adjacent bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, WC, towels and a hairdryer. Climbing to the first floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas arranged around the fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. This level also features an HD Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a large antique wooden dining table. The balcony overlooks the peaceful forest. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, moka pot and all the essentials for preparing your meals. On this floor, there is also a second bathroom with a shower. Note: a small goods lift is present but not usable by guests. From the living area, a staircase leads to the mezzanine, which includes a Queen Size bed, a single bed, an armchair and a chest of drawers. Outside, the chalet is surrounded by a private garden and offers both covered and uncovered parking spaces. Location and Accessibility The Chalet is located at Strada dei Plan Gorret 39, just 1 km from the centre of Courmayeur, easily reachable by car or with a pleasant walk through the woods. The bus stop is right in front of the Chalet, making it easy to access local services and nearby attractions. Bus Line: Line 3, known as the Courmayeur Circular, offers a regular service that connects the Chalet directly to the town centre. Distance to the Ski Lifts The nearest ski lifts, Courmayeur Mont Blanc Funivie, are located about 2.5 km from the chalet and can be reached in just a few minutes by car or by bus.
