Beautiful and spacious apartment in the second noble floor in an antique Venetian palazzo completely restored and air-conditioned, breathtaking view to the canal of Cannaregio. Huge salon ca. 40sqm with panoramic view to the canal, XXL-TV, brand new designer kitchen, dinning area, huge terrace with table, chairs and a jacuzzi, very quiet, two bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace, one with stunning canal view (canale Cannaregio) 2 bathrooms, washing machine. 12 windows, very bright.
wir sind grosse Venedig Fans und haben bereits 2018 die Wohnung im ersten Stock saniert. Seitdem vermieten wir diese Einheit unter dem Namen Casa Agostina Venezia. Mit ueber 60 Bewertungen in booking stehen wir bei 9,7..
2020 haben wir dann die Wohnung oben darueber erworben und komplett saniert. Herausgekommen ist etwas -auch fuer Venedig- Aussergewoehnliches. Grosszuegiges Raumambiente mit venezianischen Fussboden und Stilelementen, einer grossen Terrasse im Innenhof mit kleinem beheizbaren Badebecken, Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick direkt auf den Canale Cannaregio, das hintere Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Zugang zur Terrasse, hochwertige Ausstattung, 2 Baeder, Klimanlage in der gesamten Wohnung, eine Kueche, die ihresgleichen sucht, antike Moebel, schnelles Wlan, sehr helle Raeume in zentraler Lage lassen keine Wuensche offen.
5 min walk (400m) from the train station Santa Lucia to reach without any stairs or bridges, 10min walk to Piazzale Roma (comunal car parking), 15min to Rialto bridge.
Water bus stop called Crea 100m away from the flat, other water bus stop called Guglie in 200m distance.
Also 200m away (stop Guglie) you find a direct water boat connection from airport Marco Polo to the city, called Alilaguna (orange line), the second stop from the airport is Guglie and you're 200m away from the apartment. If you want we also can pick you up at the ferry stop or at the main station.
Cannaregio is one of the most central and popular parts of Venice. Here you can feel the real atmosphere of Venice, the most beautiful town on the world.
