Imagine waking up with a breathtaking view over the dock of Portoferraio, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, directly from your window. This splendid, newly renovated two-room apartment, sleeping 4, awaits you on the third and last floor of a historic building. It is the perfect starting point for exploring: you are within walking distance of the best clubs, bars and restaurants, and within a few minutes' walk you reach the enchanting beaches of Le Ghiaie and La Padulella.
The tastefully furnished flat consists of a comfortable double bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and a practical “French-style” sofa bed, ideal for two people. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower. Its privileged location and the view it enjoys make it truly unique.
The flat is located in a street with a “Limited Traffic Zone” and has no parking facilities. There is a loading and unloading permit only for the day of check-in and the day of check-out.
There is no private parking, but there is a loading and unloading permit for arrival and departure days.
PLEASE NOTE: towels and bed linen are not provided, you can bring them from home or rent them on site with at least 48 h notice
