Lovely apartment in the center, close to everything ! The entire apartment will be exclusive to your reservation. Newly renovated on the first floor without elevator of a period building. Very quiet equipped with Heating and Air Conditioning, WI-FI and Smart TV (Netflix with your own password, Amazon Prime tv, Raiplay,); Inside the apartment there is a photo gallery of unpublished shots of Rome, have fun understanding where the photos were taken and visit these places in person. 10 minutes walk from the Circus Maximus and Orange Garden, 20 minutes from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. 7 min from Metro Piramide line B; Space: The space of 40 sqm is divided as follows: LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90), smart TV. Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and various utensils and dining table. BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, and mirror. Air Conditioning Split. BATHROOM: shower, toilet and sink, hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, possibility to access Netflix with your password, iron and ironing board, drying rack. Testaccio is a characteristic district close to Trastevere; mainly Romans live in Testaccio , as well as Expats and tourists; It has many restaurants of Roman cuisine, the best pizzas in Rome and a local market very famous for street food and Italian shoes. the Testaccio is 10 minutes walk from the Circus Maximus and the Orange Garden, 20 minutes from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, 7 minutes from the Metro (Pyramid); You can reach Piedi Trastevere, another famous district for its restaurants and clubs and historic alleys
