Located in the historic center of Arona, adjacent to Piazza San Graziano, a few steps from the lake, tourist attractions and lake ferries
Free parking next to the train station which is 8/10 minutes from the apartment.
Near the apartment, common area, free and paid parking just 50 meters from the house.
The apartment is located within a ZTL (controlled limited area)
