Property for exclusive use Podere i Casini is a hamlet, made up of a main building and one other, in stone, for a total area of 750 sq. m., holding up to 24 persons (10 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedroom and 8 bathrooms). It has fenced park, private fenced pool, tennis court, Wi-Fi, heating, parking. Guests can use a private, standard tennis court, as well relaxing areas and a canopy with tables and chairs for outdoor meals where the whole group can meet eat. By going through path you can reach the swimming pool, in a sunny and panoramic position. The fenced pool (open from 1/5 to 15/10) measures 5 metres by 15 with a depth of 1.4-2 metres and is perfect for swimming or cooling off. An area paved on one side of the pool, is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. ATTENTION: The deposit is to be paid via Paypal. Parties and the consumption of food and drink are not permitted in the fenced pool area. Loud music must be limited, and lowered by midnight at latest, in any case. There is a keeper who discreetly takes care of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool and lives occasionally in a apartment in the property, ensuring full privacy and exclusive use of the whole farmhouse. HEATING TO BE PAID BY CONSUMPTION (4,5 EUR/M3)
