The fine print
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: EUR 20 from 8 pm to 10 pm, EUR 40 from 10 pm to midnight, EUR 50 from midnight to 1 am. It is not possible to check-in after 1 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

A damage deposit of € 50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
