Unwind in an authentic Umbrian stone farmhouse discreetly tucked into a hillside of old-growth olive groves with stunning views of Lake Trasimeno. Perched in your swinging chair in your private garden, be soothed by bird calls while you relax (or remote work with lightning-fast Starlink satellite internet). When it's time to play, you won't have far to go! You're just a stone's throw from the Tuscan/Umbrian border and the area's many historic borghi, local supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
I'm a writer, producer, and world traveler. AnnaLisa is my property manager and your local point person to contact for all household manners. Together with her husband, Riccardo, they handle everything from housekeeping to gardening to technical issues. They live just 20 minutes away in Cortona and can quickly assist with most matters. I also will be responsive and available to coordinate check-in, check-out times and to resolve any problems should they arise. Feel free to communicate with me for any reason.
This is a very small antique borgo immersed in olive groves and vineyards. Although there is much tranquility and privacy, you are not isolated. Under 50 people call this neighborhood their home and they have been for generations. Most grow their own food and tend to the fields. It's best not to park anywhere but in the designated spots for my property: two on the land for larger vehicles; one in the driveway attached to the house for a compact car only.
