Splendid newly built Villa, in Tuglie, a small town just 8km from the sea of Gallipoli and 6km from Lido Conchiglie. Ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without giving up the sea that can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa consists of two levels: the ground floor with a large open space with a sofa bed, a large table with 6 chairs, 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and a basin sink with a solid wood top, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and air conditioning. another double bedroom. The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, no frost refrigerator, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is ventilated and also very cool, you don't suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep pleasantly with a sheet.

Il territorio del comune di Tuglie, che si estende su una superficie di 8,4 km², è adagiato sul versante ionico della fascia collinare delle serre salentine, nella parte centro-meridionale della penisola salentina. È compreso tra i 57 e i 142 metri sul livello del mare. Il centro abitato è diviso in due parti nettamente distinte: la parte bassa, coincidente con l'originario tessuto urbano, il quale si è sviluppato in senso longitudinale lungo l'asse Sannicola-Parabita, e la parte alta, comprendente la località di Montegrappa, una località turistico-residenziale sviluppatasi a partire dalla fine degli anni quaranta intorno al Santuario della Madonna del Montegrappa.
