In a quiet area, well connected by interurban roads and highways, just 3 km from the nearest beach and a few minutes' walk from the city centre.
We are Federico & Silvia, a couple in life and both lovers of good living and hospitality.
Silvia with more than 5 years of experience in the field of tourist rentals with her property has passed on to me the passion for hospitality, prompting me to set up even my first small apartment otherwise destined for disposal. We can't wait to make you feel at home.
