The apartment has been fully renovated keeping the old style of the period. The Palazzo Valdes was built at the beginning of the XX century. In the apartment you can find original chandeliers, appliques, furniture, chairs, beds, drawers, mirrors of the same period. Everything has been renovated with a very high level of finishes. The kitchen is hand-made in wood and fully equipped with dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery etc. On request cot, bottle warmer, toys, books, baby monitor for babies. The apartment ideal for 5 persons, has independent air conditioning in the sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms, plus heating system, alarm, security door, safe-deposit box. Free Wifi available. Radio-Stereo CD BOSE. Inlcuded in the price the parking, only on request. Local tax euros 1,50 par person per day for a max of 5 days.
Hi! I am from Sardinia and love this city very much. The quality of life is very high, the food is amazing, the temperature is great even in winter and there is an international exposure too, with great choice of international schools for children, international language schools, digital and internet facilities, safety, monuments, beautiful gardens, wonderful beach of Poetto (at 6 km from the central area of the city). I speak fluent English, French and Italian is my mother tongue. I love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world. Please write me for any kind of information. Villanova neighborhood is in the historical centre of the city. The building where the apartment is located is at the hearth of the centre right in front of Bastione S.Remy. By feet you can walk up to Castello neighborhood and down to Marina neighborhood, walk to the Terrapieno where you can admire the view of the whole city, visit the botanical gardens, shops, restaurants etc. Everything is very near. You can park your car in the street (they are not free parkings) plus in front of the building at 200 meters there is a multi level car park, the biggest in the historical centre where you can park the car for short or long periods (inlcuded in the price on request).
