Newly renovated apartment located in the heart of San Vincenzo just 50 meters from the sea, ideal for those who want to have the sea at their fingertips. Equipped with a private parking space and a large fenced garden with gazebo where you can have lunch in total tranquility and where you can leave your pets free. Thanks to its excellent exposure, the house remains naturally cool and ventilated, ensuring a pleasant stay even on the hottest days. Take advantage of our agreements with spa facilities and for activities such as boat excursions in the Gulf of Baratti and bike rides between the cellars of Bolgheri and Castagneto to get to the medieval villages of Campiglia and Suvereto

Very quiet neighborhood located a stone's throw from the sea. Perfect for waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying some relaxation.
