Renewed 50 sqm apartment in the Oristano's city center. The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, an open space with kitchen and living room, a big bathroom and a big balcony. A dedicated private parking spot in the building is also available. The apartment is right in the city center, close to shops, supermarkets, bar, restaurants. All the beautiful beaches of Sardinia's west coast can be reached in no more than 20 mins by car. The apartment is perfect both for single and couple with baby. Rail station 1.7 km around 15 mins by walking. Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Property is being offered fully furnished, and fully equipped. It is equipped with all modern amenities (Air conditioned, washing machine, smart tv, phon. Etc) The kitchen is provided of dishes and whatever you need. Fresh sheets and towels and all the basic services are included.
The apartment is located right in the city center where you can find shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc, All the beautiful beaches of Sardinia's west coast can be reached in no more than 20 mins by car. Rail station 1.7 km around 15 mins by walking.
