Our place is simple and surrounded by a beech wood a few meters from the historic center. The furnishings are basic and functional, each room has a kitchenette and private bathroom.All the rooms have air conditioning systems. Outside a comfortable private parking. Very close to the residence is the Nick’S Bar where you can have breakfast at reasonable prices. We will be happy to welcome you by offering you a good bottle of local wine or local beer from Abruzzo that you will find in the accommodation. For bookings of at least five nights, we will offer you a wonderful visit of the old town accompanied by a writer and local historian who will show you the wonders of the village of Pretoro!

Pretoro is in a strategic position to reach the ski slopes of Passolanciano/Majelletta only 15 minutes and in the summer days the sandy beaches of Francavilla al Mare or Ortona in just 20 minutes by car. In the village there are grocery stores, pharmacy, butcher shop and several restaurants/pizzeria where you can taste local dishes.
