First cathegory touristic residential complex, situated close to the city centre of Bibione, a few meters far from the beach and a few feet away from the Bibione Thermae. Composed of 101 apartments with one or two rooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a large terrace, some of them with sea view. Residence Serenissima is spread over eight floors and has two elevators (accessible to disabled) and a reserved beach place (1 beach umbrella with safe, 2 sun beds and a deckchair for each apartment) and a changing room. Each apartment has a cover and numbered parking place in our fenced parking at 50 meters from our Residence. Residence Serenissima has a wide green park and a swimming pool for the adults and for children, a wide whirlpool, a solarium terrace with sunbeds and a snack-bar terrace. All our apartments are elegantly furnished and provided with each comfort: air conditioning, TV-Sat, little safe, hairdryer, micro-wave, electric broom, washing machine and dishwasher. Residence Serenissima offers a daily cleaning service, for a stay for a minimum of seven days, included the final one, with weekly changing of linen (sheets, bath towels and tablecloth).
