There is a beautiful 40000 square meter green park available for our Guests At the Residence with a fenced parking lot. In front of the Residence there is a free beach of 10000 square meters (with delimited dogs area).

Our Guests will find a large and elegant hall with reception, reading area, TV area, FREE Wi-Fi and snacks and hot / cold drinks vending machines. All apartments, elegantly furnished, are spacious, bright and equipped with air conditioning, heating, color TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. We offer different solutions to our customers: - Studio Apartments with Mezzanine (2 to 3 people) with a double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed in the living area. - One-room Apartments with Mezzanine (3 to 5 people) with a double bedroom, a double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed in the living area.

The Residence Villa Marina is located on the seafront of Marina di Ravenna, immersed in the centuries-old pinewood of Ravenna, just 30 m from the sea, facing the protected dunes.
