Modern apartment equipped with every comfort, part of an elegant residential complex, surrounded by greenery and directly on the lake. With an enviable position, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday and discovering the beautiful surroundings. The swimming pool, private dock and mountain views complete the offer. The admission of small dogs is on request. Free parking on site. Wi-fi replaced with a high-performance line.
The apartment is 2 minutes drive away from the historic center of Porto Ceresio, a picturesque village on the lake, which in summer comes alive with various events and where you will find supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy. Every day you can visit something different, for example: ・Lugano, 20 km; ・Morcote, by ferry; ・Milano, 1.15 h by a direct train from Porto Ceresio. You can also engage in multiple activities: trekking, hiking and practicing water sports just to name a few. We will be happy to give you further advice based on your interests!
