It is possible to agree on different times and/or luggage storage, based on the availability of the rooms.
For better organization, it's necessaybthat you inform us on your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance and to notify us of any change as soon as possible.
In order to be able to proceed with the reporting of guests to the Police Headquarters (art. 109 TULPS),
each customer (including minors) must provide a valid identity document at the time of check-in.
Only accompanied minors are admitted.
Despite we are pets lovers, given the nature of the house, we are unfortunately unable to host them.
Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the entire facility, including electronic cigarettes.
Meals are not allowed in the property: breakfast is served at our business partners from 8.00 am on.
For hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to bring bicycles and/or scooters into the room or into the common areas. If you plan to bring bicycles and/or scooters with you, please let us know when booking, so that we can try, as far as possible, to find a solution.
It is not permitted to allow outsiders to access the property without agreement with the hosts.

Hi there! This is Paolo and Marco, two guys who, after living and woring 20 years in Milan, made a radical change, chosing to stay in this magical place, which we have truly felt at home for a long time: Albenga.
In 2022 we therefore decided to purchase and renovate this wonderful residence among the towers ("la nostra casa tra le torri" in Italian), open its doors to guests, and give you the chance to experience it with us.
