La Residenza del Corso is a newly renovated hotel in the historic heart of Matera, the city of Sassi, Unesco Heritage since 1993 and recently designated as European Capital of Culture 2019.
The Residence is located in the homonymous Via del Corso, the old part of the city of Matera and it is the most important historic street.
The main entrance overlooking Via del Corso where is the Church of Saint Lucia.
Along Via del Corso during the celebrations of Mary S.S. Swiss Brown passes the triumphal car before it is destroyed as a tradition. The Chariot is admirable from the windows of the rooms that look out on Via del Corso.
Single-level have been realized 6 independent rooms, of different types, equipped with every comfort and furnished with taste, care and attention to detail.
All rooms are equipped with large bathroom, in a separate room, with a large window and a shower with the possibility of a steam bath.

In the historic center of Matera, located along the central Via del Corso, our "Residence Via del Corso" it is situated in a strategic area near the central square Piazza Vittorio Veneto. A few meters away are some openings that show the original level of the area, now called underground, which are located below the same square ..
